The Chair introduced the report which set out the nominations for committees and other bodies appointed by the Cabinet.

RESOLVED:

That the Cabinet:

A.           agrees to appointtwo Cabinet members and two substitute membersto theSouth WestLondon Joint WasteManagement Committeeas detailed in Appendix A to the Cabinet report.

B.           agrees to appointtwo Cabinet members, to the Wandle Valley Regional Park Trustas detailed in Appendix A to the Cabinet report.

C.           agrees to appoint the Leader of the Council to the South London Partnership Joint Committee, as detailed in Appendix A to the Cabinet report.

D.           Agrees to appoint three Cabinet members to the Merantun Development Limited Sub-Committee as detailed in Appendix A to the Cabinet report.

E.           agrees the termof reference for the South West London Joint Waste Management Committee asdetailed inAppendix B. These terms of reference have also been included for information in the Constitution of Committees and Outside Bodies report to Annual Council.

F.            agrees the terms of reference for the Merantun Development Limited Sub-Committee, set out in Appendix C to the Cabinet report.

G.          agrees to delegate tothe ChiefExecutive theauthority tofill vacancies onthe bodiesdetailed atrecommendationsA and F onthe nominationof the Party Whip of the groupwith avacant position.
