Consultation process
A number of engagement activities have
informed the proposals for this fund, including:
-The Transforming How We Work with Communities project, and as part
of this the listening and engagement work to shape the working
better with communities framework.
-Your Merton engagement and findings report.
-Covid-19 Impact reports and outcomes of the Big Conversation for
people with a learning disability
-Merton Connected ‘State of the Sector’ report.
-A large online engagement event on the 27 April 2022, which helped
to determine the collaborative approach to shaping the
programme.
-Consultation via a task and finish Collaborative Working Group
with attendance form the council, ICS and VCS, which met a total of
four times.
-Formal consultation on the draft prospectus from 21 July to 16
August.
-Conversations with commissioners within the Council and
beyond.
